Ignacio Salas has spent 15 years working in concrete restoration and water proofing, where he offered hands-on training and assistance to field personnel. His experience working alongside contractors has provided him a unique knowledge base; he understands why mixing and applying proper materials is critical to the waterproofing industry. He’s also an exceptional communicator and public speaker. Ignacio is glad to bring his background in communication and product knowledge to Element Building Solutions.
